S.C.M.C. associates, may be assigned to a building, a complex of buildings, a floor, or even just a section of a building. Day Porter Services of special project or 12/24/36 month contract commitment.  

Day-Porters are responsible for clean and well-organized support operations of the property. SCMC will take pride in keeping the assign area clean.
General Duties:

• Serve as a positive representative of the property, the Management Company and clients at all times.
• At the beginning of each morning shift, report to the Property Manager to receive daily assignments.
• Maintain a professional image, positive attitude and adhere to dress code and uniform requirements.
• Communicate frequently with the Property Manager on vital needs of the community.
• Complete and close out work orders in a timely manner.
• Adhere to safe work practices and standards.
• Assist in maintaining the property in a neat, orderly and clean condition at all times.
• Report all liability and property incidents to the Manager immediately.
